PCMA HQ has thrown down the gauntlet and challenged each chapter to run or walk as many miles as they can within the month leading up to EduCon. 

WHO?  Any PCMA Member can participate! If someone belongs to more than one chapter, they must select one chapter to participate with. There is no limit to how many participants each chapter can have. However, each participant must run/walk at least 5 miles in order for those miles to be counted towards the chapter’s total.

WHAT?  Walk as many miles as you can & log it in the runsignup.com app

WHEN? Anytime between June 7 – July 7

WHERE? Wherever you want!

WHY? Bragging rights, of course!  But in all seriousness, we are participating in order to celebrate all that PCMA is doing for our communities, to foster engagement with members, to promote collaboration across chapters, to generate fun competition/rivalry, and to support our industry friends who were impacted by the pandemic.  All proceeds from this run will go to the PCMA Foundation to support our many industry friends who were hard hit by COVID-19.  

When registering…

1. Be sure to select the “Chesapeake Chapter” so your miles count towards our total
2. Use the password “Ches2021” when prompted for a group password – note, this is not your personal password that you’ll be prompted to create.
