DESCRIPTION:A conversation during the 2015 PCMA Education Conference gave way to a new program at Convening Leaders 2016 –  Women@Work\, a three-hour forum to discuss women in leadership. Now\, we will continue the discussion at the chapter level. \nTamela Blalock \nWomen@Work will discuss a number of issues facing professionals in the meetings industry\, including diversity and inclusion\, career advancement\, and personal branding.
